You have a list of wants and needs and a mortgage Pre-approval, so you know how much house you can comfortably afford. Guess what? We are almost ready to start your search!
There is just one more piece of the puzzle missing…where to look?
Think about what neighborhood will best meet your needs and the needs of your family. Would you like a particular school district, close to transportation, sports facilities, shopping?
How do you like to live?
How much commute time is acceptable to you? Do you want a big yard, finished basement and a garage?
Once you’ve narrowed it down and I strongly suggest that you do, I’ll provide the rest.
I will provide information about particular areas that you may need to help you make a decision including school reports, neighborhood information, shopping and transportation.
Legally as your Realtor I’m not allowed to personally comment about a particular neighborhood. I know that may be frustrating, but I will provide you with enough great information so you’ll feel comfortable choosing.
