Let’s start the search!

Now you’re in the drivers seat, you’re ready to start out touring the many homes available.

Let’s talk about the many ways we can accomplish your goals.

I can do all the searching and contact you when I find homes that meet your criteria. At that time we can set up appointments that are convenient for you to go see them. Remember, there may be an occasional time when a house is so perfect; we need to run, not walk to see it.

If you’re a computer geek like me (sometimes), I can do an automatic search of the home that will meet your needs and have them emailed directly to you. You can look at the photos and description and weed out the ones you’d like to see. Again…I’ll set up appointments to take a tour with you.

If you really can’t sleep at night and you like to surf the web you may come across an occasional property not listed in the multiple listing system MLS. At that time, actually not at 3am, but in the morning call me and I will schedule the appointment.

Other Options…

If you love driving around the neighborhood looking for signs, open houses and for sale by owner homes for sale all I ask is that you call me first, before just stopping in to see a home. The reason for this is for you to have full buyer representation when purchasing your new home, I can only provide this and protect you when working as your agent. The other reason is that I work hard to establish and maintain client agent loyalty. If we’ve been working together and you’re happy with my services you will hopefully look out for my interests the way I look out for yours. My goals are your goals and my intentions are that we have great communication with each other throughout the process.

How I get paid…

My compensation for working on behalf of my buyer clients comes from a percent of the total commission paid by the seller being offered through the MLS by the listing broker, to the agent bringing the buyer. This is a Pre-determined amount and in no way affects the buyer, or their offer to purchase.

Remember… the listing agent works on behalf of the seller and is not allowed to take any actions that would give the buyer any leverage in purchasing the home.

Working in the capacity as the buyers fiduciary agent, my job is to provide my buyers with all the information I attain about a property and leverage that information to negotiate the sale of that property, working solely for the buyer.

This is a win- win relationship!
